Thank you for shopping with Ms Ash Learning! All of our merch is made to order, created especially for you. Hereโ€™s everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Order Processing Time

Because each item is produced on demand, please allow:

  • 5-10 business days for processing and production

  • Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays, major sales, etc.)

Youโ€™ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


๐Ÿšš Shipping Times (United States Only)

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in:

  • 3โ€“7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on weather, carrier delays, or holiday volume.


๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Shipping Regions

We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be accepted or processed.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Costs

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight

  • Real-time carrier rates

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly labeled at checkout.


๐ŸŽ Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on where each product is fulfilled. This is normal for print-on-demand production.


๐Ÿšซ Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Ms Ash Learning is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Re-shipping fees caused by incorrect addresses

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will attempt to correct the address before fulfillment.


๐Ÿ“จ Order Tracking

Once your package ships, youโ€™ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (when available)

Please allow 24โ€“48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.


๐Ÿ“ญ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

  4. If marked โ€œdelivered,โ€ check with neighbors or your mailbox area

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and weโ€™ll assist however we can.
