🔄 Ms Ash Learning – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ms Ash Learning! Every item in our store is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges — but we always want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our full refund policy and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.

🛍️ Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are created on demand and produced specifically for each customer.
For this reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based returns

Please double-check your size, design, and shipping address before placing your order.

✔️ Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

We will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or color chosen

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items lost or delayed due to carrier issues (unless confirmed lost by the carrier)

📦 Wrong Address Policy

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, we are not responsible for failed delivery or lost packages.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will try to update the address.

📭 Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or shared mail areas

  2. Contact your local USPS or carrier

  3. Wait 24–48 hours for potential late delivery scans

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please reach out and we will assist you.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be:

  • Returned to your original method of payment

  • Processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
